Ezy Work Post a vacancy

Hiring for small businesses

Post the shift.
Meet the person.

A vacancy board for businesses that need reliable workers without a recruitment agency's markup or a six-week wait. You see the person before you hire them.

Pay per successful hire. No retainer, no annual contract.

  • Pay only on a successful hire
  • Candidate contact shown to you directly
  • Replacement window on every hire
  • No annual contract or retainer

What you can hire for

  • Delivery and last mile

Two-wheeler riders, loaders and dispatch staff for food, grocery and parcel operations, including weekend-only cover.

  • Warehouse and logistics

Pickers, packers, forklift operators and supervisors, with shift patterns set by you rather than by an agency's roster.

  • Security and facility

Guards, supervisors, housekeeping and pantry staff for offices, apartments and retail sites.

  • Retail and food service

Counter staff, kitchen helpers and event crews, including short-term cover for peak weeks.

How hiring works

  1. Write the vacancy properly

Pay range, shift, location and documents. Our template forces these fields, because a vague listing gets vague applicants.

  2. See a shortlist

Workers in the area with the relevant skill see the listing and apply. You get contact details directly.

  3. Interview and confirm

Call, meet, verify documents, agree a start date. We do not sit in the middle of the conversation.

  4. Pay once they join

The fee is triggered by a successful hire, not by a CV or an interview.

What an agency charges you for

A staffing agency's markup covers sourcing, payroll, compliance and replacement. Some of that is genuinely valuable — especially PF, ESI and payroll handling at scale. If you are hiring three people, it is usually overhead you can skip.

  • You keep the employment relationship, so you keep control of shifts and standards.
  • No monthly markup on wages — you pay the worker what you agreed.
  • If you need payroll and compliance handled, say so; that is a different service and priced separately.
  • Replacement windows are stated in writing, not promised verbally.

For employers

What does it cost to hire?

A single fee per successful hire, based on the role and salary band, quoted before you post. There is no retainer and no annual contract. Nothing is charged for listing or for shortlisting.

Do you handle payroll and compliance?

Not by default. You employ the worker directly, which is simpler and cheaper for small teams. If you need PF, ESI and payroll handled, that is a separate managed service and priced separately — ask and we will quote it honestly rather than bundling it.

What if the worker leaves in a week?

Every hire carries a stated replacement window. Inside that window we re-shortlist at no additional fee. The window is written into the terms, not left as a verbal promise.

How are workers verified?

Identity documents are checked and contact details confirmed before a profile goes live. That is not a background check. For security roles you should run your own police verification, and we will tell you that plainly.

Hire for the shift you actually have.

One role, one fee, and a shortlist of people who can start this week.
