Hire workers without an agency markup
A board, a shortlist and a direct conversation. That is the whole product.
When this works best
Small businesses hiring one to ten people at a time, where the owner or manager does the interviewing. If you are hiring fifty people a month with payroll and compliance, an agency or a managed service is usually the better tool.
Writing a vacancy that works
- State a salary range. Listings without one get far fewer applicants.
- Name the exact location, not just the city.
- State the shift and the weekly off.
- Say whether food or stay is included, and whether it is deducted.
- List the documents required so nobody travels without them.
What you receive
A shortlist of applicants with name, area, relevant experience and contact number. You call them directly. There is no message relay and no scheduling layer.
Your obligations as an employer
You are the employer, which means minimum wage, working hours, safety and statutory contributions are yours. We will point you at the rules for your state, but we do not file them for you.
Questions people ask
How fast can I hire?
For common roles in metro areas, applicants typically start arriving within a day. Time to hire depends on your own interview speed.
Can I hire for a single shift?
Yes, for event and warehouse cover. Mark the role as short-term so applicants know.
