Hire delivery staff who can start this week
Delivery hiring fails on two things: vehicle ownership and licence class. Both are on the profile before you call.
What the profile tells you
- Whether the rider has their own two-wheeler or needs one supplied.
- Licence class and validity.
- Areas they can reach and preferred shift windows.
- Whether they have worked in food, grocery or parcel delivery before.
The cost question
Fuel is the largest hidden cost in delivery. If riders pay for fuel on their own vehicle, build that into the offer or you will lose them to a competitor who does.
What to include in the role
Per-delivery rate or fixed salary, the monthly minimum if any, the payout date, shift length, and whether the vehicle and fuel are provided. Listings with all five get better applicants.

Can I hire weekend-only riders?
Yes. Mark the days required, and expect to pay a premium because weekend demand is higher.
Do you check driving licences?
The profile records what the rider declares, and we check the document is legible. Verifying it against the RTO is your step at interview.
